Sub-Mariner: The Uncanny Conqueror of the Deep from 1968 to 1974 by Donald Katz
Namor McKenzie, better known as the Sub-Mariner, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer-artist Bill Everett and first appeared in Marvel Comics #1 (Oct. 1939). Namor is the son of a human father and an Atlantean princess, and he possesses the powers of both worlds. He is a skilled fighter and strategist, and he can swim at incredible speeds and breathe underwater.
